General Description:
Silicone Gasket for filter support – for MICS water quality testing programmes.

Technical specifications:
Silicone rubber Gasket to be placed on top of the Buchner Flask with side-arm tabulation (UNICEF Material Code S0000596), and placed under a plastic filter support for the 47mm diameter filter paper and funnel – employed in the MICS water quality testing programmes.
The outer diameter of the plastic filter support is 49.8 mm.

The flat, soft and flexible Silicone Gasket forms a tight seal with the lip of the Buchner Vacuum filtration Flask and the plastic filter support during the vacuum filtration.
