Warranty:

Manufacturer will publish a list of spare parts recommended for 5 years of operation (in operation manual, website or as a list to be sent with freezer). Manufacturer will ensure supply of spare parts for a minimum of 5 years from the time of cessation of the last production of equipment.
Note: Spare parts supply is not mandatory during the warranty period.

The freezer can be used in wide range of laboratory services from basic laboratory to reference centre.
Instructions for use, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting are supplied in English as a standard with the freezer (French and Spanish instructions available depending on the freezer model).

Packaging and Labelling:
Freezer will be packed with suitable protective packaging for the international shipment such as; packing foam, corrugated carton, non-fumigation pallets, pallet straps. The packaging will be compliant to restricted material requirements mentioned above.

Labelling:
Compliance with EAN 128 bar code requirements.
