General description:
The careHPV Collection Medium is intended to be used with a careBrush for the collection of specimens for subsequent testing with the careHPV Test. The careHPV sample collection accessories, comprising careHPV Collection Medium and careBrushes, are effective and simple to use in a low-resource setting. Specimens collected with a careBrush and stored in careHPV Collection Medium cannot be used for culture.

Technical specification:
Cervical specimens collected using the careBrush and then preserved in careHPV Collection Medium are stable at 2–8°C for 30 days or at 15–30°C for 14 days.
