Intended use:
The Microcuvettes, HemoCue WBC Diff, is designed for use on the HemoCue WBC Diff analyzer for measurement of a total white blood cell count and a differential white blood cell count. The HemoCue WBC Diff system is indicated for use in clinical laboratories and for point of care testing in professional health care settings on pediatric (≥ 3 months) and adult patients.

Technical Specifications
·Assay principle: Hemolyzing agent lyses the red cells in the microcuvette, and a staining agent colors the white cells. Several images are taken of the stained white cells and cells are classified. The number of cells is counted by image analysis in the analyzer.
·The microcuvette (single use), individually wrapped, serves both as a pipette and as a measuring cuvette.
·Sample volume/Type: 10 µL/ Capillary or venous (EDTA) whole blood.
·Compatibility: Only for use with the HemoCue WBC Diff Analyzer.
