General Description:
BD FACSPresto Point-of-Care (PoC), CD4 [absolute, % and Hb] counter with starter kit.

Technical Specifications:
Functionally complete table top counter, portable for CD4 absolute count with start kit. Mainly used for ART initiation and monitoring of adults, adolescents and children living with HIV/AIDS.

·Single-test processing automatic CD4 enumerator, portable (6kg).
·Technology: 3-color Imaging cytometry with fluorescent labelled antibodies to count CD4 and % in whole blood. Imaging spectrometer for absorbance measurement of total Hemoglobin.
·Provides CD4 count (Cells/ul), CD4 percentage (%) and Hemoglobin (g/dL) quantitative results.
·Accommodates dedicated prefilled single-use testing cartridges.
·Sample volume for analysis: less than 20ul µl of capillary or venous whole blood.
