General Description:
DENV Detect NS1 ELISA, is an assay for the detection of NS1 antigen- early detection of Dengue virus. This test will aid in the early diagnosis of Dengue virus even prior to the presence of IgM or IgG antibodies.

Instructions for use
Items required, but not supplied:
ELISA Spectrophotometer capable of absorbance measurement at 450 nm, biological or High Grade Water, vacuum pump, automatic plate washer, 37°C Incubator, 1-10μl single-channel pipettors, 50-200μL Single-and Multi-Channel Pipettors, polypropylene tubes or 96 well dilution plates, parafilm and vortex.
For serum samples: Plain/dry vacuum tube, vacuum tube needle, needle holder and centrifuge.
Disposable gloves, anti-septic swabs, absorbent paper, protective glasses, timer, container for biohazard disposables and disinfectant (for equipment and surfaces).
Shelf life:
12 months from the date of manufacturing; do not use beyond its expiry date.
Storage and transportation:
Between 2-8°C, protected against humidity and direct sunlight. Do not freeze reagents.

Primary packaging: 1 plate of 96 wells from DENV Detect NS1 ELISA, accessories and instructions for use, must be contained in one kit.

General recommendations:
