General description:
Novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) RT Multiplex RT-PCR Kit is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of 2019 novel coronavirus. RNA in upper respiratory tract specimens and lower respiratory tract specimens and deep cough sputum by real time PCR systems.

Technical specifications:
Principle: RT-PCR--RNA is first transcribed into the complementary DNA (cDNA) by reverse transcriptase from total RNA. The cDNA is then used as a template for the real time PCR.

Storage & transportation condition:
All reagents should be stored at -20±5°C. All reagents can be used till the expiration date indicated on the kit label. Repeated thawing and freezing (> 3x) should be avoided as this may reduce the sensitivity of the assay. Cool all reagents during the working steps. Super Mix should be stored away from light.
