Portable testing equipment that can be used in a variety of settings for quantifying E. coli, Total Coliforms, Fecal Coliforms or Enterococci presence in lakes, rivers, coastal water, catchment sites, drinking water or in water treatment plants.
The kit contains six individual bioreactors and a rechargeable 12v Li-Ion battery, for the measurement performed inside a transparent plastic sampling vial with an effective volume of 40mL.

The kit can process six water samples at a time with each working independently of each other, the user is able to load samples as they are prepared. The kit provides a quantified response in terms of bacteria/100 mL present in the sampled water, the product has been validated by WHO laboratory testing.
Typical time to result for 100 CFU/100ml is 9.3 hours, 10 hours for 29 CFU/100ml and 12 hours for <2.5 CFU/100ml.
Capable of carrying out six independent measurements on a battery charge. It can be operated on a rechargeable battery in remote field locations, powered via a vehicle’s power, or plugged into an electrical outlet in a laboratory setting.
The kit can be operated remotely via mobile phone through an online command portal (if SIM card is used), sends data wirelessly and can generate automatic alerts if a control threshold is exceeded.
The device is housed in a rugged case, 23cm (D) x 23cm (H) x 26cm (W), with handle for easy carrying and is splash resistant when the top lid is closed for transport.
Product comes with a 2 year warranty.
