General Description:
U-PVC casing pipe for boreholes, 150 mm nominal diameter, 2.9 metres long

Technical Specifications:
U-PVC casing pipe, nominal diameter 150 mm,(OD 165 mm, ID 150 mm, WT 7.5 mm) for installation down to 90 metres in borehole construction, supplied in 2.90 m total lengths, flush joint (unless the field office specifically specifies bell socket), male/female trapezoidal threads, as per DIN 4925/8061, or equivalent approved international standard.

The pipes are supplied in bulk, ISO 20-foot container load.

Note: If different pipe diameters are ordered, the smaller diameter pipes can be nested/placed inside the larger ones to make best use of available container shipping space.

Instructions for use:
The casing pipe is used for lining boreholes.

Comments:
Flush joint pipes should be used wherever possible, as the smooth sides make placement of packing gravel easier and better distributed. The outer diameter over the socket of bell socket pipes may hamper this operation.
For information, the outer diameter over socket for 150 mm ND pipes is 174 mm.
