General Description:
Riser Pipe, Galvanized Iron, 32mm ND, for SDWP/EDWP Hand pump, INDIA MARK II type. Extension pipe of 3 meters length each.

Technical Specifications:
Riser Pipe, diameter 1 ¼ " (32mm ND), 3m long, MS-ERW (Mild Steel Electric Resistance Welded), medium series, hot dipped zinc galvanised and passivated, longitudinally welded mild steel, in accordance with ISO 65-1981, both ends male threaded to ISO 7, one pipe end fitted with a female threaded heavy duty socket coupling conforming to ISO 49, the other male threaded end protected with a heavy gauge HDPE thread protection covering the entire pre-greased pipe threads.
Nominal diameter (ND): 32mm.
Length: 3 meters

This riser main/pipe is for use as spare part, or as extension set, with Standard deep well hand-pump, SWDP (India Mark II) (as per specifications from Bureau of Indian Standards, IS: 15500-2004 and SKAT specifications Rev.2 - 2007).
For total SDWP/EDWP installation depth ranges up to 45m depth.

NOTE: Rods and Risers can also be supplied in one set composed of one each of both parts, see Material number S0009185.

Packaging and labelling:
As per Annex C: Clause 12.1 of Part 1 of IS 15500:2004,
Recommended Packaging Procedure.

Sea shipment: Wooden crate packing and steel strapped bundles with ends protected in HDPE or glass fibre sheet.
Air shipment: Corrugated cardboard, jute/plastic laminated sheets, steel strapped bundles and marked.
Number of pipes per half ton bundle: 50.
Number of pipes per container: 2,150.
