General Description:
Riser Pipe, Galvanized Iron, 40mm ND, for SDWP/EDWP Hand pump,
INDIA MARK II type. Extension pipe of 3 meters length each.

Technical Specifications:
Riser Pipe, diameter 1½” (40mm ND), 3 meters long, MS-ERW (Mild Steel Electric Resistance Welded), medium series, hot dipped zinc galvanised and passivated, longitudinally welded mild steel, in accordance with ISO 65-1981, EN 10255 or equivalent standard.
Both ends male threaded to ISO 7, one pipe end fitted with a female threaded heavy duty socket coupling conforming to ISO 49, EN 10241-Heavy, the other end male threaded end protected with a heavy gauge HDPE thread protection covering the entire pre-greased pipe threads.

With Hand pumps, As per Annex C: Clause 12.1 of Part 1 of IS 15500:2004, Recommended Packaging Procedure.

Sea shipment: Wooden crate packing and steel strapped bundles with ends protected in HDPE or glass fibre sheet.
Air shipment: Corrugated cardboard, jute/plastic laminated sheets, steel strapped bundles and marked.
Number of pipes per half ton bundle: 50.
Number of pipes per container: 2,150.
