General Description:
Synthetic sleeping mat, without logo, 1.8m long x 0.9m wide, in a bale of 25 mats.

Technical Specifications:
Packing: Bales of 25 pcs compressed. Package to be wrapped in a protective outer PP woven canvas, with 4 straps.

Material: Warp: Pure virgin polypropylene (PP) multifilament yarn 500 deniers minimum. Weft: Pure virgin polypropylene (PP) hollow tubes not containing any filler.
Bursting strength: ISO13938 700kPa minimum.
Weight: 450g/m2 minimum.
Material Length: 1800mm minimum.
Material Width: 900mm minimum.
Tubes quantity: Minimum 1000 tubes in weft per meter length.
Secure edge: The two short sides to be secure with a first stitch folded hem of the mat, plus one bias 40 mm binding tape with stiches through the fabric of the mat, or with a double folded stitched hem. Four sides trim finished.
