General Description:
Oral Rehydration Salt Low Osmolarity sachet for 1000 ml
(1.0 Litre) Orange flavoured, carton of 10x100 sachets.

Mixture of glucose and electrolytes, dry, powdered homogenous, packed in hermetically sealed, laminated sachets each to contain:
Anhydrous glucose: 13.5 g
Sodium chloride: 2.6 g
Trisodium citrate, dihydrate: 2.9 g
Potassium chloride: 1.5 g
Orange Flavour: X g
Colour: Xg
Suitable flow agent may be used as an excipient.


PREPARATION OF SOLUTION FOR ORAL USE:

Dissolve entire contents of packet in 1000 ml/1.0 l of drinking water
Infants-one litre over a 24 hour period
Children-one litre over an 8 to 24 hour period,
according to age
Adults-drink freely as required

Continue treatment until diarrhoea stops

Continuer le traitement jusqu' à l'arrêt et de la diarrhée
