Technical Specifications:
Bag with one large compartment and a mesh lining with the UNICEF logo silk screened in white.

Size: approx. L410 x W170 x H280 mm (tolerance of +/-50 mm).

Material:
1. Shell fabrics: 100% Polyester, 1200 x 600 denier, tightly woven and spun to resist puncturing, triple PVC/rubber blend coating material must measure 340 GSM as a minimum when coated. The product should not be permeated by water in any of the following situations: prolonged water exposure, heavy top-down watering, forceful water pressure applications, or submersion.
2. Cyan piping tape for seams: 100% polyethylene. Back and front seams of bag reinforced with piping.
3. Shoulder strap: Cyan blue: 100% polyester. 1200 mm x 40 mm(tolerance of +/-50 mm on length and 5 mm on width) shoulder strap with rubber pad reinforced with X stitching. Shoulder pad, Cyan blue 4mm rubber.
4. Lateral fixations and length adjuster: Cyan blue PE plastic.
5. Lining fabrics: Cyan taffeta: 100% polyester, 190denier.
6. Mesh lining: Black 100% polyester. 410 x 150 mm (tolerance of +/-50 mm) with elastic top and stitched to the base of the bag.
7. Padding: 100% polyester, molitan/sponge rubber, sponge thickness on the sides and bottom 10mm. The bag must be padded on all 4 sides except the top.
8. Carrying Handle: 100% polyester. 30mm wide at the top of the bag. Handle reinforced with X stitching and padded Velcro closure.
9. Zips: Zinc alloy. Zip pull 30mm (tolerance of +/-5 mm) .
Stitching:
Double stitching required and thread quality to be suitable for the material and use specified. Stitching at the ends of the zippers, the handle and the straps to be well reinforced. Stitched width should be maximum of 3 mm. All material edges to be tucked and stretched to prevent fraying.

Capacity of Bag: Suitable to carrying a weight of 10 kg.

Color: Cyan blue Pantone 17-4540 Hawaiian Ocean for dyed textiles.

UNICEF logo and Position: On each 410 x 170 side (i.e. 1 logo on each side), the following should be printed in white: UNICEF logo: (The word 'Unicef' written in lower-case (small) letters, plus the mother and child emblem) printed, centered and running 80% of the length.
