Unit pack of 500g: 2 pieces (tablets) Emergency Food Ration (EFR) per bar, wrapped in wax paper; 9 bars shrink wrapped in a polyethylene film and vacuum sealed in a layer laminated Alu-foil bag, covered by a carton box.

Carton: 24 unit packs of 500g EFR in a shipping carton. One carton weighs 12kg, volume 0.017m3

Application for use
Product can be eaten directly (without any preparation) or as porridge mixed with water or milk.
Eat slowly and chew well, ensure drinking water is available.
Porridge is the preferred preparation for children from 6 months to 2 years. When prepared as porridge, crumble and mix into boiling drinking water (1 bar + 100-200ml liquid).

Adults and children aged 6 months and older
Adults and children aged 6 months and older suffering from moderate malnutrition.

Note
Not recommended to be used for SAM, when RUTF is available.
Not recommended for children below 6 months of age.
