GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Spare parts kit for the maintenance and service of the Phoenix nCPAP 300, manufactured by Phoenix Medical Systems. The component quantities are estimated to support five (5) CPAP devices over a period of two (2) years. Materials are to be used by trained technical staff.
