Inappropriate prescription and fitting of wheelchairs, cushions and accessories may harm the user’s health and/or function. Therefore, this product should only be purchased after consultation with the Medical Devices Unit in Supply Division.

INTENDED USE
Wheelchair, manual, active urban, folding frame:
FUNCTION AND ENVIRONMENT: For people who self-propel. For use in urban indoor and outdoor settings.
POSTURAL SUPPORT: For CHILD and ADULT users who can sit upright and balanced without additional support, as well as those needing additional support such as adjustment of wheelchair configuration and/or addition of postural support devices. Users who do not need high back support AND/OR arm supports. Relationship of seat, back-, arm- and foot support dimensions anatomically appropriate for size of wheelchair.
SUPPLIED WITHOUT CUSHION.

Clothing guards OR arm supports:
Removable, low profile arm rest OR fixed clothing guard (depending on model selected) to protect clothing and cushion from rear wheels, dust, mud, etc. in all configurations of rear wheel position, seat angle, seat height, etc.
