Lvl sensor w/datalogger, temporary,<50m
Level sensor and logger for temporary installation in boreholes with water level fluctuation of maximum 50m.
Indicative Price 919.20 USD
Borehole logger for pump testing (temporary installation/deployment) in boreholes with static and dynamic water level difference (drawdown) of max. 50m, for measurement of water level and temperature.
The borehole pressure (water level) and temperature sensor and datalogger are mounted on a 50m stainless steel cable for short term deployment (typically during the pump testing of newly drilled boreholes). The sensor is made of stainless steel or equivalent corrosion resistant material.
The pressure range is 0 to 5 bars (0 to 50m) with a resolution of 1cm and accuracy of 0.05% FS.
The sensor and datalogger are self-powered via an internal battery with up to 10 years life (dependent on usage).
Sufficient internal storage to store pumping test data is included with 72’000 measurements and the same amount of backup data space. Data is retrieved by cable, and the logger can be configured via cable as well.
The equipment comes with a stainless-steel wire cable 50m long (additional cable length available for procurement separately for deeper boreholes/aquifers, see below). The entire set is corrosion resistant, made of stainless steel. A bracket is included for fixing the device at the top of the borehole.
Installation and maintenance manual are included at a minimum in English, and in French and Spanish where available.
The system is designed to be used in boreholes with diameter as small as 2”. Materials are approved for use with drinking water.
The temporary system comes with a 1-year warranty.
The package will be sturdy, with extra protection around the probe (e.g. double wrapping + extra cardboard), and the probe safely fitted within the cable frame during transport – or equivalent type of packaging guaranteeing the integrity of the product.
S0005462: additional stainless steel cable length, per length of 50m
S0005461: temporary level sensor for up to 100m water drawdown
