Wheelchair, manual with postural support (variable position wheelchair)
FUNCTION AND ENVIRONMENT: Either with large rear or small rear wheels. Primarily for assistant-controlled mobility, but large rear wheels will allow for self-propelling. For use in indoor and outdoor urban, peri-urban and rural settings.
POSTURAL SUPPORT: For CHILD and ADULT users with intermediate or advanced posture support needs who require integrated postural support devices with variable tilt and recline, or larger range of tilt/recline than available on manual wheelchairs. Relationship of seat, back-, arm- and foot support dimensions anatomically appropriate for size of wheelchair.
SUPPLIED WITH CUSHION.

Posture support cushion, contoured, with separate top layer
For CHILD or ADULT wheelchair users who require comfort and good support to maintain stability and an aligned posture; and who are at no or low risk of pressure injuries. Cushion and cover function to reduce heat and moisture generated when the user is sitting on the cushion.

Pressure-redistribution cushion with moderate/partial offloading or immersion/envelopment features: Contoured cushion with separate top layer.For CHILD or ADULT wheelchair users who are at risk of pressure injuries and who need good support to maintain stability and an aligned posture. Cushion and cover function to reduce heat and moisture generated when the user is sitting on the cushion.

For CHILD or ADULT wheelchair users who are at risk of, or have existing or previous pressure injuries, and who need good support to maintain stability and an aligned posture. Cushion and cover function to reduce heat and moisture generated when the user is sitting on the cushion.

Pelvis strap:
FUNCTION AND POSTURE SUPPORT: For CHILD and ADULT wheelchair users to optimise posture support of the pelvis. Prevents the pelvis from sliding forward or rotating back (posterior tilt). Durable, adjustable straps with universal design to be fitted to a range of wheelchairs.
ENVIRONMENT: For indoor and outdoor use.

Anke/foot straps:
FUNCTION AND POSTURE SUPPORT: For CHILD and ADULT wheelchair users to secure the feet to the foot support to prevent movement and/or sliding off the foot support/s. Durable, adjustable straps with universal design to be fitted to a range of wheelchairs.
ENVIRONMENT: For indoor and outdoor use.

Calf strap:
FUNCTION AND POSTURE SUPPORT: For CHILD and ADULT wheelchair users to optimise posture support of the lower legs and feet. Prevents the feet from sliding off the back of the foot support/s. Durable, adjustable straps with universal design to be fitted to a range of wheelchairs.
ENVIRONMENT: For indoor and outdoor use.

Digital programmable BTE (behind-the-ear) hearing aid. This electronic device amplifies and transmits sound for adults with mild-to-severe hearing loss. Designed to provide access to speech and aid in the perception of environmental sounds. This device is attached to the user’s ear through an earmold or dome. It can be programmed to the user’s degree and type of hearing loss.

Designed to provide access to speech and aid in the perception of environmental sounds. This device is attached to the user’s ear through an earmold or dome. It can be programmed to the user’s degree and type of hearing loss.
